Amber Richter is the founding member of Richter Law, LLC. Her practice focuses on community associations, including representation of Homeowners Associations and Condominium Owners Associations, issues relating to residential real estate, and landlord/tenant matters. She has years of experience in representing community associations, small businesses, property managers, and individuals with real estate related issues and concerns.
Amber received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 2007 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2012. She was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2012 and has spent her legal career focusing on real estate law.
Amber resides in Butler County with her husband and four children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, visiting local parks, breweries, and restaurants, taking family trips to the zoo and local amusement park, and cheering on the Cincinnati Reds, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Cincinnati Bengals.
